User Power

AT&T hired SYPartners to help introduce and cultivate a culture of innovation throughout their organizaiton. I designed and co-facilitated a series of workshops and ideation sessions to explore how the different channels of AT&T can collaborate to offer new experiences to customers. Through Industry and customer research, we identified how people's expectations are evolving, how individual channels are rising to meet expectations and what happens when they untie in a convergence strategy. It was important to express how the leaders of the firm needed to approach innovative practices to meet the growing demands of customers. The project resulted in several work streams ranging from a prototype for a sharable digital ideation tool, new ideas for customer experiences and a connected car vision document.
